This Privacy Policy explains how Fieldr Sports Pvt Ltd (formerly FTR PlayPro Sports Pvt Ltd), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, bearing CIN U92410KA2024PTC000000, having its registered office at Bengaluru, Karnataka (“Fieldr Sports”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you access or use the Fieldr Sports platform (the “Platform”).
Fieldr Sports acts as a “Data Fiduciary” and you, as the individual to whom personal data relates, are a “Data Principal”, in each case within the meaning of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”). This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.
1. Scope and Consent
This Policy applies to all Users of the Platform, including buyers, vendors, sports architects, skilled teams, and visitors. By providing personal data to us, you consent to its processing in accordance with this Policy and the DPDP Act.
Where we rely on your consent, that consent is free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous, and may be withdrawn at any time. Where we process personal data for legitimate uses permitted under Section 7 of the DPDP Act (such as fulfilling orders voluntarily requested by you or statutory tax compliance), we may do so in accordance with the law.
2. Personal Data We Collect
- Identity & Contact Data: Name, business designation, corporate entity name, email address, mobile phone number, and physical billing/delivery address.
- Vendor KYC & Compliance Data: GSTIN certificate, Permanent Account Number (PAN), bank account details (cancelled cheque), and authorised signatory identity records.
- Transaction & Commerce Records: Purchase orders, RFP project briefs, BOQ engineering drawings, quotation submissions, and tax invoices.
- Payment Credentials: Payment verification tokens generated via RBI-authorised, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways. Fieldr Sports never stores full credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes.
- Communications & Support: Customer helpdesk tickets, RFP clarifications, and live support chat logs.
- Technical & Telemetry Data: IP address, device type, browser specifications, and cookie preferences.
3. How We Use Personal Data
- To administer your account, authenticate sign-in, and verify vendor credentials.
- To facilitate commerce transactions, reverse auction RFP matching, escrow milestones, and freight logistics.
- To generate Tally ERP 9-compliant GST tax invoices and calculate statutory TDS / TCS deductions.
- To deliver prompt grievance redressal and customer support.
- To secure the Platform against cybersecurity threats and fraudulent transactions.
- To transmit transactional notifications and opt-in market rate benchmarks.
4. Marketing Communications
We send marketing communications, industry digests, and product updates only where you have explicitly opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link included in every email or via your account preferences. We never rely on pre-checked boxes or silent opt-ins.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We share personal data strictly on a need-to-know basis:
- Between matched Buyers and Vendors solely as necessary to fulfill an RFP or confirmed Order.
- With vetted Data Processors (cloud hosting providers in India, certified payment gateways, ZeptoMail email infrastructure, and logistics carriers) operating under written data processing contracts.
- With statutory authorities or law enforcement agencies when mandated under Applicable Law.
Fieldr Sports does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial advertising.

7. Data Retention and Storage
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Policy or as mandated by statutory retention requirements under Indian law (including 8 years for financial and tax records under the Companies Act, 2013 and GST enactments).
